About us

Established in 2007 By Owners Pete & Rachel, Complete Spas have been supplying and servicing Quality American made spas in Worcestershire and surrounding counties. 

Over the years we have accumulated some prestigious Industry Awards for our work. including Gold in the 2017 EUASA awards in Milan. 

Our In-House team can provide a full range of spa and pool services to suit individual needs. We pride ourselves on our customer focused bespoke services.

All members of our team are qualified in water management and trained in repairs and servicing.

Originally located in a Victorian Shopping Village, in 2019 our showroom moved to purpose built new premises in Pinvin. Near Pershore on the A44 between Evesham and Worcester

It is here we have a large Showroom displaying spas from our 2 Manufacturers, Artesian Spas & Marquis Spas. Both Manufacturers are well-known long-standing Award-Winning US Companies.

You’ll also find all you need for pools and spas with a large stock of chemicals and Accessories.

Pete Grinnall (Owner)

Pete left school and qualified as an Electrician and still runs our sister company Complete Electrical.  He is also is a qualified PHTA (Pool& Hot Tub Alliance) CHTT Tutor, and also has a Level 3 award  in education and training as well as Level 3 Assessing.

Other industry qualifications and achievements,  include ISPE technician. (institute of Swimming Pool Engineers), and is also currently President of BSPF (British Swimming Pool Federation) after being Chairman of BISHTA (British and Irish Hot Tub Association) for 2 years.

In his spare time he enjoys SCUBA diving and is Dive Officer and instructor at his local club.

Rachel Nightingale (Owner)

Rachel has a history in Banking and Business, Starting with working for Barclays for nearly 20 years working her way up to managerial status then Started, Skilo's Pet supplies, an online pet supplies business, sourcing products from all over the world and bringing them to the UK market.

Rachel is also an ISPE technician (Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers) and a qualified PHTA Certified Retail Professional.

In her spare time, she loves traveling to the USA and walking her dog Bentley.
